You were then but we would have 16 years of negative air quality coupled with increased number of vehicles, population growth and other air quality regulations that would have been rolled back as well with that mentality.
Spend a couple months in Delhi, Kapur, Lanzhou, Gwalior or dozens more that have a large population and limited air quality standards and tell us how you like those 2000 standards.
