Totally agree. And even in China they are making huge steps forward in pollution control. They have no choice. They literally can't breath in some cities and it is killing their economy. I would personally like to see 50 mpg legislated for any vehicle under 5000 pounds. And with in a decade no real time road emissions for any vehicle under 5000 pounds.
