You're right, guess it had a lot to do with serving in our military and fighting in a war...Got a lot of pride in a country I'd given my life for.,.so yeah, it rubs me the wrong way when it's cut on by others, including other Americans..guess it was the way I was brought up and the pride I had in serving my country..so, yeah, guess I'm guilty as charged...just not politically correct any more to take pride in one's country..but I WON'T apologize for being offended when one, in my opinion rags on it as often as the OP does...make all the excuses for him you want...I won't accept them..Guess I'll block his post so I won't have to get upset and offend so many my fellow Americans...
