Thanks to your advice everybody, I knew what to look for, and I end up NOT buying the Pop-up.
The underside of the front storage box was all moldy, and the roof had lots of waves...
I walked away.
A few days later I have found a 2008 Rockwood (1910) for the same price!
It was barely used (and felt like new).
The owner bought the Pop-up new, but after couple of times the wife didn't like camping in a folding tent, so last weekend he end up buying a 30f Travel Trailer, and needed the Pop-up to be gone and make room for the 30f Travel Trailer ASAP.
I like the 2008 Rockwood a lot, and I am very excited! (This is my first RV!)
