I'm beginning to look at late model used 1 ton Diesel SRW trucks to tow my new Reflection 5th Wheel. My 1 ton gas Ram with the 6.4 Hemi tows it fine but with 3.73 gears I'm getting 6.9 MPG before putt...

I have the same truck and same 3.73 gears and am looking at re-gearing to 4.56 which should help a lot.
Mtofell12016, your 2016 Keystone Hideout 308BHDS only has a GVWR of 10,645 lbs. not near the near 14,000 lbs. that the OP's 5er could weigh. Not mentioned is comfort of the tow, 14,000# is near the top end of the tow range for the 6.4 hemi, and it will be reving pretty good.
