Used Truck Advice: 06 GMC 2500 Sierra 4x4 gaser

Our friends are truck shopping with the idea of getting a hard side Lance 815 or similar camper. This is the truck they are looking to get, any idea on how this will handle a non-slide hardside 8' TC...

I had the same truck...2 mods for sure, transfer flow fuel tank, replaces small oem tank. With the factory tank I was looking for fuel ever 2 to 3 hours, may not seem like a big deal as many want a pee break by then...I found the additional 10 Gallons really helped with trip planning.

Secondly, Timbrens will be a must have, we aren't a fan of air bags...

Truck should already have e rated rubber..
