3. Living Quarters while taking care of ailing family. My wife did this for several weeks earlier in the year while she took care of her father.

All the above plus:
1. Mobile ski lodge
2. Race support vehicle for my DW's marathons
3. Mobile power source when lines are down
4. Air conditioned escape when needed in the NW
