Using a 2011 Ford F150 as a tow truck???
I have a 2011 F150 that I am using as my tow truck and I was wondering if any of you who use the newer F150's as tow truck----do you lock out 6th gear when you are towing?

I haven't figured out how to lock out 6th gear yet.
On mine, if the Tow/Haul is NOT engaged, and I go from D to M on the shift lever, I have 6 gears to manually choose from. However, if I'm in Tow/Haul mode and select M, I only have 3 gears to choose from, 3-2-1.
