Using Slides in Freezing Weather
I read somewhere that slides can be damaged if used in freezing temperatures. I need some clarification here! Thank you.

I think that the problem with using the slides is that if there has been snow or other moisture, it can freeze and when you try to extend your slide, it can cause damage. Do as BillB says and heat it up for a few minutes, maybe 15-20 with the furnace and then extend the slides. Any frozen precipitation should get thawed in that length of time.
