Complete the removal of the e2 hitch and installed my eaz-lift with the equalizer bars with chains, easy swap the only labor intensive piece was shortening the bolts that attach the link plate to the frame so they clear the spare tire.
When we purchased our new trailer I listened to the dealer who said that the only hitch that would work with the BAL/NORCO frame was the e2 hitch manufactured by Progress manufacturing, the dealer may be correct if they installed the proper link plates rather than the universal link plates that come standard with the e2 hitch. After waiting over 30 days since placing an order for the correct link plates I decided there had to be a better alternative solutions to correct the constant shifting of the universal link plates that are provided with the e2 Hitch. The e2 is not the only hitch that will work on the BAL/NORCO frame.
