In my camper the water tank compartment opens up to the sink compartment and then over to the water heater. With all the cabinet doors closed an electric heater should keep it nice and toasty in there without warming the whole camper.
Unfortunately, my tank is hanging outside very exposed, especially with the camper off the truck.
