Hmmm. Think I would subtract (1.Steer+1.Drive) from (2.Steer+2.Drive) to get tongue weight.
Or, first subtract (1.Steer+1.Drive) from (2.Steer+2.Drive+2.Trailer) to get the trailer's GVW (total weight), then subtract (2.Trailer) from that to get the tongue weight.
