Using the oven while moving...
Does anyone use their oven while towing? I'm not sure there is anything wrong with doing that, just wondering if I am missing something. The thermocouple will shut down the gas on the odd event...

Now that would definitely be illegal. I can't imagine towing with somebody in the trailer.
When I was a kid cooking while driving was an oven that sat over the exhaust manifold. I have seen that topic come up from time to time. The only problem is you really don't have any control over the heat.
I would feel a whole lot more comfortable if the oven had DSI.
