You don't need a UVW sticker then. The tire loading sticker has the payload of the trailer on it. Subtract that payload from the GVWR and you have your UVW.
I've seen plenty of new and used trailers dating back to 2004 and have never seen a camper that didn't have the tire tread act sticker (tire loading with payload) and the sticker with the actual weight of the camper.
Not disputing that yours did not come with it, but I feel it may had not come with it in error or a mistake at the factory. Either way you had a documented factory UVW rating as I said with substracting the payload from the GVWR.
