With a motorhome, if I remember right, they subtract something like #150 for each sleeping position from load carrying capacity to determine CCC. So load carrying capacity and CCC are not equal. since I know of no state that allows passengers in a TT, it wouild be a moot point anyway. And only a very few states allow passengers in a 5th wheel, and only if there is communication available between trailer and TV.
However, it does make some sense in a MH.
