Lets say you want to tow a 10000k gvw tt. Would you go 2010 f250 v10 or 2011 f 250 6.2?

I was fueling the other day and a guy was doing the same on the other side. We started talking. He had the 6.2 and a 30' 5er. He said he was disappointed. On the flats going to San Diego from Phx with only 1 hard pull in Ca. He said he avg 6/8 mpg. Now that is what he said so take it for that.
