For me, personally, choose the proverbial 'devil you know.' The V-10 has been around for a decade and a half, is well known to ANY shop that could possibly need to work on it, and more or less had all the bugs worked out of it 10 years ago. The 6.2 is an impressive and powerful motor, no doubt... But it's also a NEW motor mated to a NEW transmission. ANY shop can fix a V-10... Not so much for a 6.2. If either one breaks, it's not likely to be in your driveway when it does. If you're hundreds or thousands of miles from home, which would you rather be trying to find parts for?
