Lets say you want to tow a 10000k gvw tt. Would you go 2010 f250 v10 or 2011 f 250 6.2?

I have the set up in my signature. 10-11k loaded. 8.5 to 9.5 mpg towing. I'm happy with the performance but I only use it for towing around 5000 miles a year.
