vent pipe for fresh water
We have a hard time filling the fresh water tank someone said to check the vent pipe any ideas

My tank has a vent hose that runs from the top of the tank and comes out in the fresh water fill compartment.
A vent pipe usually go up through he roof with a cap on top. But I never seen one for a fresh water tank.
