vent pipe for fresh water

I have found that the vent hose will get some water in it, especially when there is a low (sag) area. This will cause a slow fill, with water wanting to back out of fill hole.

To clear vent, you need to blow air into small vent opening, clearing the passageway. It doesn't take much. I use a small piece of plastic hose, held tightly against vent opening, and blow into it. After doing this, the tank should take water at a much faster rate.
