Update: candlelight of a normal egg is supposed to show blood spots. Otherwise, shows embryo development. Forums seem to have mixed thoughts around whether that's necessary if you are going to eat the eggs.
I've been living in the TC on the road for over 2 months now. In 2 months, there's bound to be things you're going to do other than the same old same old. Not really much difference showing pictures of the Grand Canyon which there have been plenty of, or showing an organic farm processing chicken eggs which I pretty much guarantee nobody else has done a trip report on before this one from their travels. Some of the rejects are used for the table. Other rejects are used as treats for other animals on the farm.
It was fun and I thought others would enjoy seeing it too.
