Vintage Cruiser 19ERD - What's the difference?

We are considering a Vintage Cruiser 19ERD. I see there are a few new 2017 models available, as well as the 2018's. Seems to be a bit of a price increase for the 2018's . . .

I realize most dealers are trying to clear out the previous year's models but I also wondering if anyone knows of any big differences in the 2 model years?
  • Compare the manufacturer's printed materials side by side closely. Factor in tire life, roof life etc. 2017s been sitting a while. Drive a hard bargain on older unit.
  • 30/30 on holding tanks is good but only 28 of fresh water? Not good for dry/boondocking. And I'm not a fan of two wheel trailers...even light ones.
  • I meant to post in Travel Trailer forum. I've asked the moderator to move it . . .

True - I thought that was very low capacity for fresh water. I currently carry 150 gallons in my toy hauler.
  • Not sure what the Vista difference is but on the Vintage they changed the steps so there is no well now at entry door. And you know as you are carrying 150 gallons of water seems like an endless supply, we did 8 days in Glacier without a problem on the fresh water. We did have bottled water for drinking but that is our preference. The roof being one piece fiberglass from front to rear is not an issue. Now I have towed with tandem axle and single axle and do not really notice a difference.
