You can buy the seat cushions (foam) back and bottom from Mopar along with the covers in either cloth or leather. I replaced the bottom foam on the drivers side of my 04 at 130K miles. Remove the seat from the truck, remove the cover and foam, reinstall took 30 minutes to do. I did not replace the cover just the foam.
For about $20,000 you could put in a new trans complete, front suspension complete, new brakes rotors, calipers, soft lines and pads, all new hoses complete, all new front foam and covers for the seats and paint the truck. The $20K is probably a bit high but still a whole lot less than the $65K + a new truck would cost you.
I would still be driving my 04 if I had a TT to tow.
