Vista Cruiser by gulfstream

I am looking at a new 2017 Vista Cruiser (19ERD) camper by Gulfstream. It appears to be a quality camper and I know Gulfstream has been in business many years. However can't find much info from "users" for information regarding satisfaction and reliability. Does anyone have any experience and or knowledge they would want to share?

Thanks, David
  • We have had ours since June 2010 and have had VERY minimal issues. The two biggest issues were taken care of under warranty within 6 months and have had nothing major since then. I had a few minor problems that will happen with any trailer and I was able to take care of them myself.
This trailer was $13,000 brand new when we ordered it and honestly, I have been pleasantly surprised at the lack of serious issues or build quality.

It's not terribly active. IMO: Gulfstreams are not bad, not great. Generally expect to have a few issues that require (easy) repairs. My water pump was bad upon delivery and some of the drain fittings needed tightening. That's the sort of issue I mean.
  • Own a 2016 19rd,no real issues, change the microwave and city water connection Under garanty with out any problem.
Light trailer, quality is not bad for the price. Bought it because we love the floor plan , big dinnet with a lot of Windows and the trailer is low gravity make it easier for the dog to get in.
