Big Praise for the Vortec 6.0l. Carrying a 3500# camper loaded for camping. 6 speed tranny with 3.73 ratio. Wifes daily driver. Getting 16.5 unloaded and about 11.5 mpg carrying camper. Not the most powerful gasser but definitely hits the sweet spot on power and efficiency.
