Finding the studs can be very important but if on an interior wall, you might also consider bolting through the wall with carriage head bolts. Then cover the bolt heads on the other side with matching seam tape. Also, any size TV will travel much better if it cannot bounce during transport. We use velcro straps to tightly secure the TV's to the wall during transport and remover the straps when setting up camp.
