Want info on this Kodiak with a Lance 1181

Update…
Got some updates on the project
I welded some tie down points to the flat bed frame and the crossmember…
Notched the wood planks so the tie down brackets would come through the planks and used D-rings to secure the lance.
This is how the lance is secured to the kodiak

Lance feels very secure and having the rear deck is pretty cool. Still need to put a small fence where the deck is at so I can carry some stuff and so the kids don't take a dive and hurt themselves.
Getting the new front and rear leaf springs this upcoming week from Atlas Springs, they do good work there and I am looking forward to a better ride. Going to raise it 2 inches so I have more clearance in the rear.
Got a appointment with the DMV late next week, looking to convert this baby into a RV so I can reduce some of the registration fees. If any one can provide any pointers as to how to breeze through the DMV, I would really appreciate it.
Let me know your thoughts on the modifications.
