I just sold a 2006 E350 with v10...but it isn't the one you bought as I had 90k miles. Regardless, I towed a 33 foot TT with an 8200 lb gvwr. I used an Equilizer hitch setup and never had a bit of issue or worry towing. No sway to speak of, and handled very well. The van pulls like a champ. Did you get a 12 or 15 passenger? I ask because of the overhang on the 15 pass vans....mine was 12 pass but I've always read that the 15 passenger can present some issues while towing due to the overhang.
