Wanting to down size from fifth wheel to smaller TT

I have a 37 foot Montana fifth wheel and want to down size to a light weight 20 to 25 foot travel trailer. Like to keep it 5000 lbs or below. Needs to be four seasons. Now I'm not looking at 0 degrees...

Well, maybe not. They are 8' wide, and I wouldn't want to tow an 8' wide TT with a smaller truck.

I'd recommend sticking with a 7' TT.
