Wanting to down size from fifth wheel to smaller TT

I have a 37 foot Montana fifth wheel and want to down size to a light weight 20 to 25 foot travel trailer. Like to keep it 5000 lbs or below. Needs to be four seasons. Now I'm not looking at 0 degrees...

Take a look at Lance 2285. If you look at the "360" images, it shows the couch replaced with two easy chairs. They also have the all weather option. Well under 5000#. Not cheap though!!
