I'd rather take less clothes and have a window...
We're a family of four and we typically boondock for 2+ weeks at a stretch. In addition, we are currently gearing up to take the kids out of school, put our careers on hold, and spend a full year overland adventuring across the US, Canada, and Mexico. We will be packing light, but this isn't just a weekend trip to the lake. "Less clothing" is not an option.

Do you find that shelves work much better than a hanging wardrobe?
All of the storage cubbies are designed to have their shelves quickly & easily removed and there are
Closet Valets on the ceiling that allow garments to be hung (see photo)…. Now that I've had them for a while, I really do like the shelves better and (other than the occasional wedding or business trip) the hangers seldom been used. As it turns out, folding and/or rolling clothing and stowing it in the cubbies is convenient and space efficient.

Everything in those cubbies would fall out on the roads i drive....
Ha, I thought exactly the same thing!! But I've now driven 20,000 miles since building the original set of cubbies, and I have been on every imaginable type of terrain. I even took the truck/TC on the Land Rover training course at Overland Expo last year :C
Nothing falls out of the cubbies while driving. Clothing & linens tend to be packed in fairly snugly and smaller items (e.g. toiletries) are stored in small plastic bins which are kept in place by a lip at he front of each shelf. A few of the shelves also have bungee cords across the front to help keep small objects (e.g. books) in place
Cheers
