All Ford has to do is say, "claim denied" next in line please. I've heard of it happening many times. :)
Yes, but they have to have a good reason other than "because we said so!"
While that is true and also with the Magnuson–Moss Warranty Act. But they have all the leverage. Now the ball is in your court to prove otherwise shifting the financial burden on you.
