Preaching to the choir. There are multiple reasons a warranty claim could be denied. Just because there is no "damage visible" doesn't mean the mirror motors weren't destroyed by a locksmith trying to enter the vehicle or by someone who fried the motors by improperly wiring in some accessories. Heck, you could make the claim that there was "no damage visible" if the truck had been in a serious wreck and a body shop repaired all the sheet metal damage and just missed the mirrors. I have never had a potential warranty claim denied without a massive amount of documentation from the dealer as to why. As a matter of fact my dealer experience has been they bend over backwards to get warranty coverage for items I was fully prepared to pay out of pocket for.
