I 100% disagree, I have been going to one of the smallest dealerships around town and their service is 100% better then ANY dealership in NW Ohio and SE Mich. Take it in, it's fixed or they do not call me until it is fixed! Never got that from any other dealership no matter the brand! Jim told me that FCA had threatened to close them if they didn't build a new building. They decided to build, but had they not, I would be buying GM vehicles. Why because the other FCA dealers in my area are a joke!
