Warranty work
Several months ago I posted a thread on the White Hawk wide stance axle. We called our dealer with a concern about slight bowing to the axles on our TT. Made a 2 hr. trip and left it to be checked out...

Dealer gets the blame........most of the time with warranty work the problem is with the mfg.
Dealer has to evaluate the problem, notify the mfg.
Mfg. evaluates the dealers evaluation, authorizes it, notifies dealer
Dealer orders parts
MFG. gets order then checks inventory....no parts. Orders parts from vendor
Vendor gets order....checks inventory....have to do production run
Parts get sent to mfg.
Mfg. receives parts...has to locate what dealer needs the parts
Sends parts to dealer
Dealer receives parts.....work order cut for service department
Service department backed up
Service department gets to work order......gets parts
And they are the wrong ones!!
Start over.......
