John,
Mt Rainier has a few campgrounds. White River CG and Cougar Rock CG. WHITE RIVER is first come fist serve and a limit on length of RV. FLUSH toilet but no Dump Station. Cougar Rock is on the reservation system. It has a dump station. Also Ohanapecosh CG has no view of Mt Rainier and lower elevation. There are no hookup in Mt Rainier. At White River CG you are allowed to dump your Gray water in a container and dump in the waste water sink area. All campground has great hiking trail. I camp at White River a few days to get acclimated to the elevation before going to higher elevation for hiking at SUNRISE visitor center. Same with Cougar Rock before going to Pardise visitor center. There are a few campground near Mt Rainier in Gifford Pinchot Forest but some are not accessible this year do to road wash out. Check forest Service web site.
