Man, talk about confusing. I've never been popped by the WSP, and I've drove over Snoqualmie several times in Chains Required conditions with my TC. Paragraph A says 4x4 is exempt. But F, G and H all say chains must be required.

I say highest wins. Paragraph "A" says exempt, it wins.
