Wasp Nest Behind Fridge
Hmm, the access cover on the outside has 2 black tabs that look like a flat blade screwdriver might fit into but it doesn't look like you turn them. I'm hoping someone can tell me how to get the cover...

Btw those might not be the exact item for your RV, there are a few sizes of each but they should get you a starting point.
