I for one have never bought the most popular or the one with highest sales volume of anything and my way has served me very,very well for 50 years now. JMHO.

That or simply let Dodge/Cummins fans enjoy a milestone without having a tantrum and throwing in the usual adolescent detractors. No one cares how many dmax's have been built. Keeps the girly men out of Dodges and Fords. :B

What you and travelnuts should do is start a new thread titled "How great thou art" and you could just reply back and forth to each other until your egos pop!

The admonishments being passed around in this thread are laughable. You guys take your passions far too seriously. The Cummins is just another automotive engine that fits the role it was intended to do. It is not a golden calf.

I wonder what it's price will be, what it sells for and what it will become. Hopefully not a garage pretty. It would be neat to see it become the next million mile Ram/Cummins!

My friend at the plant said he heard the engine got put in a truck and sent to a very large volume dealer down in Texas. This engine has a red valve cover.
