Some people are sensitive to water taste and odor others do not mind. As I mentioned in a previous post, I spent 1/3 of my life drinking Chlorinated city water with Fluoride for healthy teeth. I spent the other 2/3 of life drinking Indiana well water; you know the kind that leaves rust stains in the sink.
Our house water runs through a water softener; except for the kitchen sink which is straight from the well. It seems they do not want us to drink the softener's salt residue.:E
We do use iodine tabs or a 5 micron filter when we canoe camp, but my TT has enough doodads to maintain, I do not need another. Other may find a water filter a God send.
