Can someone describe this type of connection and how it comes apart. thanks

Similar to ours.
Ours and most use a swivel connection that threads onto water tank. Ive seen pictures of fittings without swivel that were threaded onto tank and then lines crimped on-
hopefully yours isn't one of those- a bit more involved.
