Late 2006 purchased my first diesel.
A 2007 Dodge 3500 with 5.9L Cummins that I had ordered.
First couple of refuelings I popped open the drain on bottom of filter.
Never saw any water,signs of water etc.
After that I never gave it a second thought.
traveled FT for 7 yrs filling up in Mom/Pop Stations, Small Town Service Stations, Farm Co-Op Stations cause we traveled secondary/back roads and therefore fueling was done at out of the way small service stations.
NEVER had an issue with dirty fuel, water in fuel, clogged fuel filter etc.
Pump it, run it, enjoy it....nothing hauls/tows like a diesel
