Water in light fixture of new trailer.

Alright...so I may have been burned by allowing myself to be pushed a little too fast in the PDI. I'm embarrassed.

We've had our new trailer for about a week. Today, I came home and noticed water in both of the lights on the front cap.

The fixture itself is sealed well. I went on the roof and noticed what could possibly be a gap in the caulk. You can see it towards the top and along the right side of the black trim of this photo.

I put a tarp over it and will get to the dealer. I'm sure they'll fix it up easily. However, I'm concerned about what may have already happened! The unit was on the lot for about a month and I've had it a week. If water has been getting in, can we seal it up and be okay? Or is there anything else that needs to happen?

Maybe I'm not diagnosing it properly, but I can't see any other possibility.
