Water in light fixture of new trailer.

Some outside light fixtures have a weep hole in the lens. Older ones were like this.
If the installer didn't pay attention and installed it with the weep hole up the fixture would fill up with water from condensation over time.

Water is leaking into the light. They are probably similar to the regular side clearance lights that will fill half way up with water. You need to seal behind the light and seal the fixture cover. The cover has to either pop off or unscrew so the bulb can be replaced. I have used silicone on the plastic clearance lights and it's removable when its time to replace the bulb. While you have it apart, dry it out and use electrical type grease on the base of the bulb to prevent corrosion.

As far as the picture of the roof, it looks like they used a plastic insert bead in the channel? If they did use a plastic molding bead, my question would be did they seal all the screw heads under the bead.

Mine has an open aluminum trim with all the screw heads showing and they are all caulked. Someone else might have your style and can say more about it.

If the sealer did not contact the aluminum trim completely it will let water get under the trim strip. Yes it is a new rig but to me it only means that you need to inspect every inch of the roof very closely. Get on your hands and knees and look very closely around all the places that they have installed sewage vents, antenna, etc. Look for over cuts in the membrane that didn't get caulked. Study everything up there and think about gravity and wind blown water then pray that they didn't damage the membrane under the ac unit.

Great point. Surely water would have gone to one point.

Really hoping it is the fixtures themselves, however, they look designed pretty well and have good caulking.

If you look at the first picture, you see how the cap has an indention. These recessed lines could act as channels to bring water right to each fixture.

This would tell me, it's the fixtures, not the roof. Check the lenses and how the fixtures are mounted.

I would think it's unlikely the water is getting in the lights from a roof/cap leak. It's good to inspect the roof and cap area and let the dealer recaulk any suspicious areas though to be sure there's no future intrusion.
Most likely the light fixture itself is the issue and should be removed, inspected and replaced.
I would ask that there is no attempt to reseal and reuse the lights, once water has been in there it will rust out and the wires may even be compromised.

It could be that the dealer sprayed the front with high pressure when washing, prior to delivery. There has to be wires behind the fixtures, where high pressure could intrude.

Sorry. Yes, external lights. You can see there position in the first picture.

I'm feeling a little better. I covered the area with a tarp and raised the front of the trailer as high as I could so that water runs off the back for now.

What is a pressure test?

Time to drop it off at the dealer for a fast fix. One time some thing similar happened I dropped it off at the dealer lot and called them money to explain why.

Make sure that the dealer pressure tests the RV.
