It looks like the refrigerator vent has a hole in the side, I would suspect this as a cause for leaks.
I would replace the toilet seal which may be part of the leak problem in the bathroom area.
I would agree with you on the sealant. Being new to this I didn't know if there was 2-part sealants or some other reason for the two colours. But that would be my guess.
I opened the access panel on the side of the trailer for the back of the refrigerator and didnt see any signs of moisture in there. Any chance the water could be diverted before making it to this access door? Im not sure of the way its routed.
Good idea on the toilet seal. But, the surface of the floor is bone dry. if the toilet seal was leaking would it be able to make it under the floor without making the surface wet?
