Water Leak, AC Leaking, and Bunk Breaking: Brand New

We definitely have leaking that is unrelated to the AC condensation leaking. We could drop the AC side of the camper a bit, but wondering if that will throw off the fridge working, as it seems to need to be completely level to chill...

I never thought about previous incidences of rain and leakage - it has been sitting on a sales lot, so...

What recourse do I have with trying to get my money back, or getting a new camper, if warranted? I do have a warranty, but this is all entirely new territory.
