I don't think I will ever know how and when this happened. The seller was not honest and did not even tell me it was wet. I did not see any plumbing leaks, so tomorrow I will get on the roof and really inspect for areas it could have gotten in. Looks like it is finally drying out though, and that is good news. The smell has gone away now that I scrubbed with bleach too. One step closer..":0)
