When off the truck I store the camper a little nose high so I don't get puddling. This may not be true with all manufacturers but I don't think the roof is designed with any arch to prevent puddling. I know my Northstar isn't. It "shouldn't" cause any problems as long as it doesn't sit there long enough that misc debris (leaves, etc.) begin to decay releasing ammonia and other compounds into the water making it acidic. Over time, that could cause problems to the roof.
