A lot depends on types of faucets and where you've been getting water, while camping.
Unfiltered well water could have sand in it. It's possible the aerator screens are clogged. Some faucets have an inline filter, which, can get plugged with sand, or, any kind of debris in the water lines. Some have a replaceable cartridge stem, that gets clogged.
Could be some kind of debris, broken loose during your flushing.
Outside shower == Disconnect the hose and run faucet to see how water runs.
Kitchen faucet -- Unscrew the screen and try running water.
Check your water pump -- Some have a filter that gets plugged.
