Agree with this. Since you have the 1400 lb bars on the Hensley you should be fine for weight distribution. Try your current WD settings with less air in the bags.
As was said, The WD hitch should be set up with no or little air in the bags. Level the rig using the hitch, then add air to improve the ride. Adding air first will get you too high in the rear with WD engaged, then it'll be a crapshoot trying to get it dialed in. The good news is that the Hensley won't give you any sway even if the tongue weight is below 10%.
