i too will be taking a canopy with me when we go camping.
been using ot for many years when tent camping.
we go to knap ins(im make tone tools and arrow heads) and use this to sit under and knap,and have items on display.
i never take it down until im ready to leave the event. i use four of those cork scre type leash tie out that screw into the ground(one by each leg of the canopy),then i take a one inch ratchet strap,hook it to the leash tie out,run it up over the roof brace of the canopy,and then back down to the tie out,ratchet it tight(but not enough to bend the roof support).never had a canopy blow away,not even during thunderstorms with strong winds. the canopy we use has four full walls(all are removable) plus it has four screen walls we can install.
we are just going to be taking an old elec coffee maker from home in our new TT.
a couple in line water filters for when we are hooked up to camp ground water source,plus some in our fresh water tank from home.
